When you received your Payoneer Master card activate it from Payoneer.

Now the time to Verify your Paypal account:

You can do so by these steps

• Go to your paypal account
• Make sure My Account tab is active; if not, click on it
• Under My Account Overview, go to the link that says ‘Unverified” 
• Enter payoneer card number,  three (3) digit card code. Billing address (as instructions are given on the screen)
• Confirm.

Remember: It is necessary that your payoneer card is activated and has sufficient amount  in it as paypal will charge some amount ($1.95) for verification purpose which will shown in your paypal account later.

After submitting your card details, go to your payoneer account. Check transaction details for the paypal have made there that contains the 4-digit number. This information will take some time to appear in transaction history.

Last step, login back to your PayPal account and enter these four-digit number in the transaction statement under Link and Confirm Card. It’s all done now with your account status switched to Verified.

Final words

Now, you can send/receive money in PayPal and load your Payoneer card.  Use your Payoneer Master card to withdraw the money from ATM all over the world or use it to On-line payment. As you like.

   I had similar problems when I had tried to connect PayPal to My Payoneer account. I had called customer care and within 3 days they had connected it for me.
