• If you have a blog on blogspot then you have need to go to Youtube create account and upload some videos which are fresh and owned by you or you have permission to upload them on youtube.
• I recommend to upload 10 unique videos comply with the "term and conditions"
• You need to verify your identity there, follow the instruction on screen and become "Partner verified"
• Give proper title and tags to get indexed by search engines like google,bing.
• Do some SEO to grab traffic to your videos by sharing url on G+, facebook etc.
• Now wait for a week for better results but carry on sharing your videos to get visits by others.

                                     

Step.2

• Now open youtube and go to Video Manager > Channel Setting > Default:  here you need to tell about policy and copyright. Choose as per shown in the video.
• Mow go to now come to monetize tab and see there " enable account for monetize", click there and you will be redirected to a new page where you follow as you see in the video.
• After saving all your video your account is now ready for monetization, under there will be some questions like: How will I get paid; by clicking there you will be brought to google adsense page.

• Carefully fill the form as you will not able to edit Payee Name after approval, so give your name as per your bank account hold your name.
• In street give only street No, next give house no, then town/city, province and country name.( this is my personal expeirence as I did not give street no and it was not approved with the objection of wrong address)
• Give your phone number and choose country Pakistan, fill all other information and check all boxes.
• accept terms and condition and submit.
• Your have done your work and it will take 2 days or more in the process.
• Hope you will get email, with the title " Congratulation" 

This is not the end, Your adsense account will be reviwed after placing ads on youtube and if 

they find any copy righted video,your account will be banned and you will never get it back 

or able to make new account with that payee name and adress.
