After submitting your card details, go to your payoneer account. Check transaction details for the paypal have made there that contains the 4-digit number. This information will take some time to appear in transaction history.

Last step, login back to your PayPal account and enter these four-digit number in the transaction statement under Link and Confirm Card. It’s all done now with your account status switched to Verified.

• accept terms and condition and submit.
• Your have done your work and it will take 2 days or more in the process.
• Hope you will get email, with the title " Congratulation" 

This is not the end, Your adsense account will be reviwed after placing ads on youtube and if 

they find any copy righted video,your account will be banned and you will never get it back 

or able to make new account with that payee name and adress.
